Furthermore there is a washing machine in the bathroom at the ground level. In front of the house there is a private parking.

    • Information on the location

Balini is a small hamlet with four houses, nested at the point of a small plateau overlooking the Mirna valley. The Adriatic Sea is at only some 20 km. From the house you have a spectacular view on the ancient hilltop town Motovun, a major tourist attraction in Croatia. In Balini only our house is inhabited. Vineyards, olive tress and pure nature surround the house. Fifty meters from the house you walk into the woods. Early in the morning deers may pass the vineyards and olive plantations next to the house. In springtime the nightingale sings you asleep. For more information, click "The region".

In any case, we will send you an information package by e-mail once your booking is confirmed. At arrival in the house you will also find a folder with detailed information on the house; what to do and see; what in case of an emergency; and with contacts and useful telephone numbers.
