We offer to rent the whole holiday villa or the upper part of the house only. The whole house can accomodate 6 people in all comfort, plus 4 people on two settee beds, so maximum 10 people.

For smaller groups or families we offer to rent the upper part of the house only. The upper part of the house can accomodate 4 people in all comfort, plus 2 persons on one settee bed, or a maximum of 6 people. We guarantee that no one else will stay in the lower apartment of the house, so as to guarantee your privacy.

Renting conditions:

• Prices include: use of bed linen, bath towels (not beach towels) and tea towels; gas, electricity and water; cleaning; use of the swimming pool and garden furniture; information package; property cleaned and prepared for your arrival with beds made up.

• Prices exclude: beach towels, breakfast or any other catering (can be ordered separately); tourist tax (5 Kuna/day/person); travel arrangements to and from the property; travel insurance; other services

• Prices are per week, starting Sunday (best travel day). Checkout 10h00, arrival between 16 and 19h00. In case another starting day is required or you want to book for a another period, please "Contact" us or telephone us (+32/474-586845).

• In case you rent two or more weeks we apply a discount of 5%. For periods less than one week please "Contact" us or telephone us (+32/474-586845).

• After your booking you will have to confirm your reservation. For this we do request you to sign a contract and make an advance payment of 50% of the total amount. Once we receive this payment on our account, we will send you a mail confirming your reservation and indicate these dates on the calendar as "full". At least 30 days before your arrival, we need to receive the full amount. At arrival we will ask for a guarantee of 250 €.

• In case of cancellation more than 30 days before arrival we count 50% of the renting amount, thereafter 100%.

• Dogs are allowed, but need to be announced at booking.

• No smoking allowed inside the house.
