Rudi and Kristel
He: Our last hours here in Balini. The last couple of days I felt somehow as Eve. Eve in paradise called 'Balini' in Croate; we walked scarcely clothed; picked fresh figues straight from the tree; did nip from a glass of Teran or Armano on one of the terraces; enjoyed the sun & the pool. And Adam? he looked down and saw that it was OK... .
Thanks (also to Daniel, Vesna and David for the friendly reception).
She: Adam can add little to these beautiful words from Eve. After the moist woods of the Black Forest; the curves on the Gross-Glockner; and the unreliable roads in Slovenia and Istria, it was time to put our motorbike to rest and start living different. From day one to ten. Now our batteries are again charged. Now we are ready to go back to Flanders. Or should we consider to move to places in paradise, such as Balini?
Thanks for the beautiful place, Marjo and Aline. Thanks sister and brother-in-law to give us this hint. And for the people that are still to come: visit the terrace under the chestnut tree in Oprtalj. The pizza is just wonderful there. Pivo Favorit is OK. And Rovinj is a place to visit. For the rest, just relax and enjoy the breathtaking view from your hill, together with half of the Noah's ark.
